This actually happened!

Shopper Johnny Lester, 32, who filmed the incident at the Weston Favell Shopping Centre, said he was worried someone was going to get hurt. "They were literally climbing over each other and pushing in just to get some reduced chicken. They were like scenes you see at refugee camp in Africa, not in 21st century Britain."

I call it a kerfoodle.

DEFINITION of this 3-syllable verb:
  1. Chiefly Pennsylvania German Area. to confuse or mix up: Don't ferhoodle the things in that drawer.

The Word of the Day comes from Dictionary.com. Use the word in your own haiku and add to the comments.

Improve your vocabulary and your haiku skills at the same time! If you don't know the definition, it's below, but see if you can figure it out from the haiku and/or image.

Poet and designer, David Alan Foster has been experimenting with haiku since the '70s. He has inspired (or possibly offended) many with said experiments.
