Okay, this was a real stumper! When you have to read the definition several (strike) many times just to understand how to use the word in a sentence (strike) haiku, why would you even want to make it part of your vocabulary? (One clue is when it doesn't come up in your spell checker.)

Realizing "ubiety" has the same root as "ubiquity" helped... Well, it helped in writing a haiku about it!

DEFINITION of this noun:
  1. the property of having a definite location at any given time; state of existing and being localized in space.
  2. huh?

The Word of the Day comes from Dictionary.com. Use the word in your own haiku and add to the comments.

Improve your vocabulary and your haiku skills at the same time! If you don't know the definition, it's below, but see if you can figure it out from the haiku and/or image.

Poet and designer, David Alan Foster has been experimenting with haiku since the '70s. He has inspired (or possibly offended) many with said experiments.
