it is ludicrous

Ah, the fashion industry... such unbridled creativity!

Clearly, this is playful costumery! Just look how much fun the model is having. Surely she is thinking to herself "I'm getting paid well for this. I'm getting paid very well for this."

I hope they get paid a LOT for this kind of humiliation. I would have loved to hear the commentary about this fabulous piece.

Perhaps though this is the latest in safetywear? Maybe this is what the dress looks like in Reactive Mode when the embedded sensors (disguised as colorful dots) have determined a threat to her was imminent, including the deployment of the airbag hat, thoughtfully also made clear so she can still see to function.

For more, just search on "ludicrous fashion." Wow. Woah. WTF.

DEFINITION of this 2-syllable adjective:
  1. playful in an aimless way: the ludic behavior of kittens.

The Word of the Day comes from Dictionary.com. Use the word in your own haiku and add to the comments.

Improve your vocabulary and your haiku skills at the same time! If you don't know the definition, it's below, but see if you can figure it out from the haiku and/or image.

Poet and designer, David Alan Foster has been experimenting with haiku since the '70s. He has inspired (or possibly offended) many with said experiments.
