I'm off my axis
since lately I am guilty
of parapraxis
Picture
This word and poem brought back fond memories of Fred MacMurray in The Absent-minded Professor. I should rent it along with the remake — Flubber — with Robin Williams... another beloved actor.

In researching this entry, I found out that there is actually a site for movie CARS... Amazing what's on the Internet!!

I always check out the trivia at IMDb... always fascinating: "The 5th most commercially successful movie at the US domestic box office in 1961, grossing $25,381,407 (the most successful being, by a wide margin, another Disney classic, 101 Dalmatians at $153,000,000 (Source: The Numbers)."

The Word of the Day comes from Dictionary.com. Use the word in your own haiku and add to the comments.

Improve your vocabulary and your haiku skills at the same time! If you don't know the definition, it's below, but see if you can figure it out from the haiku and/or image.

Poet and designer, David Alan Foster has been experimenting with haiku since the '70s. He has inspired (or possibly offended) many with said experiments.
